We are seeking an onsite Project /Account Manager who is passionate about the Internet. Our Project Support team will be in direct contact with all of our customers who are using our design and development services.
Project / Account Manager- Job Requirements and Duties
- Act as a project lead to understand, identify, and execute all client needs for multiple web-based projects.
- Understand and translate customer feedback to pass to our web teams for execution.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and communications via phone, email, and helpdesk.
- Train and guide customers on how to navigate and edit their website through the CMS.
- Multi-task a high volume of projects and adapt to various types of technical problems.
- Maintain a high level of customer service while also being able to troubleshoot and find a solution to any obstacle.
We want local candidates to work onsite in our Columbus, Ohio office. No 3rd party contracting agencies and you must be able to work in the US without sponsorship.
