technical support request to secure a guaranteed response. Your support
request must also be time stamped before 5PM EST. Those requests before 5PM
EST are guaranteed a response within 24 hours of the request. Be aware that
this guarantee only guarantees a response from InfoShare with an answer,
explanation or estimated corrective time and action of your problem and does
not imply partial or full correction of all problems due to some limitations
beyond our control.
